The METROPWR SPE Interface is a compact PCBA designed to enable full remote control of SPE Expert 1.5K / 1.3K / 2K linear amplifiers over the Internet via LAN.
Unlike standard home-control solutions, this professional interface also allows the linear amplifier to be switched ON and OFF remotely, making it ideal for remote radio stations.
The interface can also manage two METROPWR ZX7 antenna switches, allowing antenna selection to be controlled remotely. The ZX7 switches can be operated directly through the Windows app.
The dedicated software has been completely rewritten, while preserving all the functions of the original program. It now offers full compatibility with Windows 11 and macOS, with a fast, modern, and customizable interface.
Users can easily adjust window size, layout, and themes, providing a more flexible and professional operating experience.
The METROPWR SP1 connects to the linear unit via its COM port and can also be remotely switched on and off through a wire on the CAT port. The included software allows you to view the linear’s display remotely and interact with 100% of its functions.
Configuration is simple and intuitive, performed directly through the web interface. The SP1 integrates seamlessly with the METROPWR software suite, enabling full remote control of the entire radio station.
