The METROPWR FX775 MK1 is a modern, fully digital VECTOR POWER/SWR METER. It combines a wattmeter and a power coupler, capable of measuring up to 3–5 kW. Featuring a sleek, modern design and high performance, it is powered by a fast 32-bit processor along with a coprocessor to handle all measurements in real time.

The FX775 MK1 can measure Power (AVG, PEP, dBm), SWR, Resistance (R), Impedance (Z), Reactance (X), and more. It also includes a high-speed external bus that allows multiple accessories to be connected in series, including:

Radio switch 1×4 positions FX7
Directional coupler 3/5 kW FX3/FX5

The photo shows examples of connecting various accessories. The METROPWR FX775 MK1 can manage up to 4 antennas and 4 radios simultaneously. Through the menu, it is possible to cross-connect each radio with any antenna, offering complete flexibility in your station setup.

The picture shows the block diagram of the FX773 / FX775. At its core is a powerful 32-bit microprocessor, accompanied by a second microprocessor dedicated to handling all measurements in real time.

To understand the capabilities of the METROPWR FX775 MK1 Wattmeter, I am including some link diagrams. The potential of this instrument is enormous, thanks to its scalability and expandability.

In fact, calling it a “wattmeter” may be somewhat limiting. In designing the FX775 MK1, I aimed to create a tool capable of measuring nearly any power at almost any frequency, while simultaneously handling all antennas and radios. In short, it is a unique instrument in its category, perhaps unlike anything seen to date.

Similar to the Metrovna, I wanted to integrate the functionality of professional trade tools into a high-tech wattmeter, starting with unique SMART functions in addition to the standard tools commonly seen over the last decades.
